Last night the London Road Community Hospital team won the Derby Hospitals
NHS Trust’s most prestigious ‘Celebrating Success’ award for their Jonah
Discharge Project.  The award ceremony was attended by 200 members of the
public, teams of 10 representing each of the 20 finalists, the executive board and the press.  

A gala event!

They are simply bursting with pride!  Their remarkable journey started amid a culture of low self esteem and a sense of powerlessness.  Through improved team working and leadership, and an effective process, they now have a positive, confident, multi-disciplinary culture…  which has just been publicly acknowledged!  

Good on them!!
